We process your order in 3 to 5 business days and the carrier takes 7 to 12 business days after that: 10 to 17 business days in total. An order placed after 2:00 PM Central Time starts processing the next business day.
Your tracking number is emailed the moment the package leaves the facility. It can take 24 to 72 hours to start updating, so a number that shows nothing yet is normal.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and there are no duties or import fees on delivery. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we email you a revised date and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund, as the FTC Mail Order Rule requires.
Returns & Exchanges
If the pair does not fit, we exchange it.
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange, for any reason. Shoes need to be unworn, with clean and unmarked soles, in the original box and with the tags attached.
We pay the return shipping on every return and exchange, including when you simply changed your mind. We email you a prepaid label.
Write to support@laurenshoes.com with your order number before sending anything back: a return that arrives without instructions cannot be matched to your order. We answer within 1 business day.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THEM?Store your pair dry and out of direct sun. Wipe leather and suede with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air dry away from heat. Fleece and faux fur linings should be spot cleaned only.
