Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This page is where you tell us how we may use your personal information. It works on its own, without an account and without contacting us first.
What we do with your information
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and with this website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may share that information with advertising and analytics partners so the ads you see on other websites are more relevant to you.
Sharing personal information for advertising that follows you across different websites may count as a sale, as sharing, or as targeted advertising under several U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you have the right to tell us to stop. We never charge you a different price, and we never give you a worse experience, because you used any right on this page.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
Opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Use the button below. It applies to this browser on this device, so repeat it on any other browser or device you use. If you clear your cookies, you will need to do it again.
Checking your current setting.
If the button does not work in your browser, email us at support@laurenshoes.com with the subject Opt out and we will apply it to your records by hand.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we read it and apply the opt out for you automatically, with no button and no request. You do not have to do anything else. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to:
- Know and access. Ask what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we use it and who we disclosed it to, and receive a copy in a portable format.
- Correct. Ask us to fix personal information that is wrong.
- Delete. Ask us to erase personal information we hold about you, except what we must keep to complete an order, handle a return, prevent fraud or comply with the law.
- Limit sensitive information. Ask us to restrict the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
- Be free from discrimination. Use any of these rights without losing access, service or pricing.
These rights come from state laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Rhode Island and Utah. Which rights you have depends on where you live.
How to make a request
Email support@laurenshoes.com and tell us which right you want to use. Include the email address you used to order, your full name, and your state of residence. You may also write to us at the postal address at the bottom of this page.
Verifying it is you
Before we act on a request to know, correct or delete, we confirm your identity by matching what you send us against what we already hold, usually the email address on your order. We may ask for one more piece of information if the request covers sensitive data. We use what you send us only to answer the request. An opt out of sale or sharing does not require verification.
Authorized agents
Someone may act for you. Send us written permission signed by you, and we may still contact you directly to confirm. An agent submitting an opt out under California law must provide proof that you gave them permission.
How long we take
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 calendar days. If a request is complex we may take up to 45 more days, and we will tell you why before the first period runs out. Opt out requests are applied within 15 business days.
If we say no
You may appeal any decision at no cost. Reply to our answer, or email support@laurenshoes.com with the subject Privacy appeal. We respond within 45 days with our decision and the reasons for it. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
