The standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the benchmark referenced under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act for places of public accommodation.

What we have done

• Text and background colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
• Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure
• Responsive layout that stays readable at 200% zoom

Where we know we fall short

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished state. Some third-party content embedded in our store — such as review widgets and payment frames — is controlled by outside providers, and we cannot always guarantee its conformance. We raise issues with those providers as we find them.
