Every pair on this site is listed in U.S. women's sizing. Measure once, order once — and if the fit is still not right, exchanges are free and we pay the return shipping.
Measure your foot in 60 seconds
- Measure at the end of the day. Feet swell, and a shoe fitted in the morning can feel tight by evening.
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks or hosiery you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe — that is not always the big toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark, in centimeters or inches.
- Measure both feet and use the larger one. Most people have one foot slightly bigger.

UK, EU and Brazilian equivalents are approximate — those systems do not convert exactly. Use the centimeter column; it is the reliable one.
Between two sizes? Size up. A shoe that is slightly long can be corrected with an insole or a heel grip. A shoe that is too short cannot be fixed.
We do not carry half sizes above 8
Our range runs 5 to 9.5, and it skips 8.5. If you normally wear an 8.5, order the 9 — not the 8. Not every style is stocked in the full range; the sizes actually available are the ones shown on each product page.
How each style tends to fit

Width
Our shoes are made in a standard (B) medium width. We do not currently offer narrow or wide widths. If you usually buy a wide width, the open styles — sandals and unlined loafers — will suit you better than the boots.

Try your shoes on indoors, on carpet, until you are sure of the fit. If they are not right, you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return them, and we pay the return shipping.
