Shipping Policy
At Lauren Shoes, we work with leading international courier partners, including FedEx, DHL, UPS and EMS, together with trusted local delivery providers to ensure safe and reliable delivery directly to your door. We proudly ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and countries across the European Union.
Order Processing and Payment Verification
Your payment will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval prior to dispatch. This process may take several business days.
To help prevent fraud, orders containing incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard order processing time is 2–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the performance of the local courier service.
During periods of high demand, such as public holidays, seasonal sales or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 10 business days.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, no amendments can be made, including changes to the delivery address.
Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and the location of our fulfilment partners.
Order Tracking
All orders are provided with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Please note that some courier services may require several days before tracking information becomes available within their systems.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees once they arrive in the destination country.
European Union Customers
Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all goods imported into the European Union, regardless of order value.
Additional customs duties may apply depending on the value of the order.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
United Kingdom Customers
All orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
Import duties may apply above certain value thresholds.
Any applicable duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
United States Customers
Orders below the current de minimis threshold (currently USD $800) are generally not subject to import duties.
However, regulations may change, and state taxes or other charges may apply where required by law.
Lauren Shoes has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for all related import duties, taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Lauren Shoes is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after the courier has confirmed delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please submit a claim directly with the courier service.
In the event of damage during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including any relevant tracking information and photographic evidence where possible.
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review.
Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or recall the shipment to correct an address.
